Stop stressing.
Start training.

Insurance pressure, driver turnover, DOT inspections, crashes, and lawsuit exposure compete for your attention. You do not need a full-time training department to give people relevant, documented training.

E-learning by the piece. Right-sized, current, and built for the work your people actually do.

Small-fleet reality

Small fleets. Serious safety.

Enterprise learning systems make sense for the largest carriers. Everyone else still needs clear lessons, defensible records, and managers who can reinforce the standard without buying a giant platform or adding full-time headcount.

One approach · every fleet

Every vehicle. One safety standard.

The work changes with the vehicle. The need for clear expectations, trained drivers, inspections, coaching, and records does not.

Class A combinationsTractor-trailer
Class B heavy straightBox or straight truck
Combination exposureHeavy pickup + trailer
Specialized configurationsFlatbed + load securement

Vehicle examples are illustrative. Federal CDL class depends on weight ratings and configuration, passengers, and hazardous-materials use, not body style alone. A regulated CMV can also fall below the federal CDL thresholds.

Attention is a safety control

“Death by PowerPoint” is contagious.

When every rule lands on one slide, the message becomes background noise. Training should earn attention, isolate the decision that matters, and give the supervisor something usable after the screen goes dark.

Straight answers

Before you build a plan.

What training is available now?

Availability is shown on each course card. Your written proposal confirms what is ready, what will be customized, and when it will be delivered.

Can the same training be delivered in English and Spanish?

Yes. Spanish is built into the learning design. Language, terminology, and review steps are confirmed in the scope.

Can another consultant or training company use Luis behind its brand?

Yes. Subcontract, co-branded, and behind-the-scenes arrangements are available when confidentiality, attribution, editing rounds, ownership, and reuse are defined in writing.

Does training guarantee compliance, lower premiums, or a passed inspection?

No. The work can improve controls, clarity, documentation, and readiness. Regulatory, claim, inspection, legal, and insurance outcomes remain with the responsible authorities and parties.

Give me the short version

What needs to change on the next shift?

Share the vehicles, audience, problem, location, and deadline. Luis will reply with the right starting package or the few questions needed for a firm scope.
